Sweet dough
Do you need a dessert for your private party or event? This dough is the perfect base for a fruit pie or a torte. Get creative with the filling and toppings. Bon Appetit!
125g butter (room temperature)
125g icing sugar
250g pastry flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredient
Add butter
Make a ball

Incorporate butter to the dry mixture
Add an egg
Incorporate flour mixture to egg
Roll & bake
Roll the dough on a slightly floured surface
Place the dough on a pie mold or spring form mold
Bake at 350°F until slightly golden
